Based in San Francisco, Mr. Nourse advises law firms and corporations on legal technology services with a focus on the special requirements of Asian companies and cross-border litigation involving Chinese, Japanese, and Korean data.
Mr. Nourse brings over 10 years of legal and technology experience to Ji2. His experience includes advising law firm and corporate clients in North America and throughout Asia on legal technology services in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). He practiced as a litigator at an AmLaw 100 firm in Boston, where he was involved in the representation of a major Japanese pharmaceutical company in ANDA litigation. He has served as Managing Director of Legal Technologies in Hong Kong for an electronic discovery company and, most recently, as Director, Litigation Services for a leading legal processing outsourcing company.
