Myself and Me: Health & Fitness Update


All refreshed and back from a week in Tenerife! I was pretty good on the food front whilst away. Still avoiding cheese and chocolate. Not bad considering I've begun dreaming about the former just last night! Alcohol was the main downfall - even though I had severely reduced it a month before. When you're on holiday - you must enjoy yourself. I sure did!

I'm gagging to get back in to action and it starts TODAY. My body is telling me that I need exercise. Turning pages of a book was the most exercise I got last week, I don't think that was enough! So, my action plan is drawn up for the next month, then I'll assess my progress. I have limited resources with fitness equipment so I've edited my fitness routine to make the best out of what I have. No more gym membership for me. That money will go to good use!

Priority this month is to look at my chest, legs and core. The long term target is to increase my chest and leg size and attempt to tighten and maybe lose a little bit of flesh around my waist. Heavier weights still to be purchased but I think I have enough for now. I'm looking forward to seeing the results!
