Apple?s iPad and Google?s Android tablets?are one of the best and most admired tablets so far . But the competition between these two tablets is also quite tough. Although the total income for Apple was much more than any other tech company but still Android made its way and once again nailed the ground. There is no doubt that Apple?s iPad?s demand is rapidly increasing but Android is always there to catch up with Apple. This time Android has gained a huge chunk of market shares of Apple. This means it?s again a huge drawback for Apple. According to ABI research, iPad made a 55 percent of tablet shipments in the third quarter, which was about 14 percent lesser than the second quarter and this is the lowest revenue, since iPad has came in the market from 2010.

ABI researches also mentioned that there is a chance of increase in Google shares. The reasons for Apple?s loss are , Samsung, Ausus. Another reason is that Google?s mobile operating system now powers more than 44 percent of iPads shipped. The ABI Research?s Jeff Orr mentioned:

?As the OS of choice for the majority of device OEMs [original equipment manufacturers], we expect the Android ecosystem to continue growing in numbers ? new manufacturers, better device choices for reaching more markets, and more developers finding value from apps and content,?

Many analyst and commentators have predicted that there will be a constant increase in the popularity graph of Android. This means a great threat for Apple, now Apple have to once again prove itself by bring out more innovative products, which should nail the ground and prove that Apple will always be the top leading tech company.
